General Info
Accommodation: daily rate per person is applied if you stay less than a week. Minimum stay of 1 week in
June / July / August (from Saturday to Saturday) and 3 nights for 
festivals. Children under 3 years are free; children from 3 to 6 years of age 30% discount. For members of 
Agriturist, associations and companies 10% discount 
- (*) New Year's Eve € 45.00 per person per night.

The price includes following services
Water, electricity and gas, kitchen towels changed weekly) - additional bed for children on request TV - Internet Wi-Fi - Swimming pool (from May to September) washing machine (only for weekly rentals).

Servizi non compresi ed extra
Pranzo su richiesta (minimo 8 persone) - Divano Letto giornaliero € 25,00 per persona, settimanale € 90,00 per persona - Telefono presso la reception - Pulizie extra € 15,00 l'ora - Cambio biancheria € 10,00 per persona - biancheria da bagno - pulizie finali.

Sports
sport fishing a few kilometres away; mountain biking; trekking and tours with guide; horse riding on our holiday farm booked at the moment of making a reservation – price from €25.00 to € 90.00; Airstrip / Airfield in Acquasparta for those arriving by plane, ULM, etc.

Pets allowed. Euro for final cleaning
